Villa Motel at Manitou Springs

“A most pleasant five-day stay in late April. The place felt like home. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good coffee and a small continental breakfast selection to get you going are included in the price. Free drive-up parking is also included. The location is fantastic because it is close enough to easily walk into town, but far away enough from downtown to avoid the bustle. The free 33 bus to the Pike's Peak rail station is just across the street. We'll be back.”

“UPDATE: Phenomenal motel. I admit I made a horrible mistake in proclaiming they kept my deposit when the issue was with my bank and for that, I sincerely apologize. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, with comfortable furniture and bedding. Both gentlemen working the lobby, a younger one the initial afternoon and an older the morning after, were beyond kind and helpful. Breakfast was rather surprisingly adequate in providing an assortment of pleasing options, including bottled juices and beverages. The surrounding atmosphere is clean, quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's also not far from the heart of Manitou. The Penny Arcade is a 15 minute walk away, give or take. The Kitchen, which I highly recommend for breakfast, is about a 20ish minute walk up. Enjoy the scenery and stores on the way. I get a room and stay in Manitou with my 8 year old son once or twice monthly. This is the BEST motel we've been at, hands down. We look forward to and will be coming back. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended for the price.”

“We loved the location of this hotel! Super easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs & it also had a view of pikes peak & the incline from the parking lot! Hotel was also super clean, towels larger than most hotels, super kind office staff & amazing breakfast & coffee!!”

“I have stayed in both $1,000-per-night luxury hotels and $75-per-night budget accommodations, and I can confidently say this property is an excellent choice for an overnight stay while visiting Manitou Springs. I have now returned twice, and both experiences were outstanding. This charming roadside motel has been thoughtfully remodeled, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. On both visits, the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and provided a level of customer service that is increasingly rare to find. My check-in this past Friday was seamless, and the property was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you for another wonderful stay.”

“The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our visit there. It’s across the street from the free bus pickup that will take you into downtown. You can catch another bus there that will take you to the train that goes up to Pikes Peak.”

“Perfect location and the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Very reasonably priced, rooms are clean and updated, and there's a continental breakfast to get you out the door. We walked a short distance and there is the main business district with shopping and restaurants. Oh- there's a free shuttle bus that runs into town and also to the Pikes Peak cog train station! We would definitely stay here again”
